Founder & Executive Director
Darlene Lewis
Founder of The Hope Center and an ordained minister, Darlene Lewis serves the community by overseeing the nonprofit’s programs and initiatives, bringing hope and resources to those in need. She established The Hope Center in 2015 after hearing a word from God to open its doors.

Associate Director
Donnie
Donnie, Associate Director of The Hope Center, brings his entrepreneurial spirit and culinary talents to serve the Roanoke community. Originally from Timmonsville, SC, he spreads hope and joy by putting love into every meal he prepares.

Operations Manager
Yolanda
Yolanda, a professionally trained dancer and choreographer, serves as the Operations Manager at The Hope Center and the Director of The Power of Hope Dance Program. She uses her leadership and artistic expertise to inspire hope and create positive change in the community.

Treasurer
Mrs. Naomi
Ms. Naomi Clements, Treasurer of The Hope Center, brings extensive experience in education and community advocacy to her role. An Adjunct Lecturer at Roanoke College, she has been a dedicated volunteer at The Hope Center for three years and a board member for one year, with a distinguished history of leadership.

rves as the Board Secretary of The Hope Center, ensuring effective communication and organization within the leadership team. Dedicated to the mission of bringing hope and resources to the community, they play a key role in supporting the nonprofit's initiatives.

serves as the Administrator and Assistant Director of The Power of Hope Dance Program at The Hope Center. Dedicated to fostering creativity and community, they play a vital role in supporting the program's mission to inspire hope and positive change through the arts.

Maintenance Manager

serves as the Maintenance Manager at The Hope Center, where she goes above and beyond to ensure the Pantry Program runs smoothly. Her dedication and heartfelt care help provide essential resources to the community with warmth and compassion.

Communications Manager

serves as the Communications Manager at The Hope Center, where they oversee outreach and engagement efforts to connect the community with the center's mission. Passionate about making a difference, they use their skills to amplify hope and support for those in need.
